Legal & Compliance Policy
Transparency, clinical governance, and ethical standards governing CareStaff home healthcare services.
1. Clinical Service Engagement
CareStaff acts as a certified provider of in-home healthcare personnel, including registered nurses, geriatric attendants, and physiotherapists. All treatments and medication administrations are carried out following the registered medical practitioner's prescription provided by the patient's family.
2. Patient Safety & Background Screening
All caregivers deployed by CareStaff undergo stringent background checks, including address verification, biometric identity authentication, and police verification. CareStaff guarantees that staff deployed have no prior criminal records in police database audits.
3. Confidentiality & Medical Records
All patient diagnostic details, daily vital reports, prescription records, and personal communications are strictly confidential. CareStaff does not sell, rent, or trade patient personal information to third parties or marketing agencies under any circumstances.
4. Emergency Medical Disclaimer
While our nurses are qualified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and acute care, home healthcare is not a substitute for intensive emergency hospital care. In events of sudden cardiac arrest, acute stroke, or severe trauma, families must immediately contact local emergency ambulance services (102/112).
5. Replacement & Cancellation Policy
If a client is unsatisfied with the assigned caregiver's service or if the staff requires sick leave, CareStaff will provide a verified replacement within 4 hours. Families may cancel ongoing services by giving a 24-hour advance notification to their assigned care manager.
